What's in Core

Plain answers

Is there a price?

Yes. One Core plan: $49 a month month-to-month, or $39 a month billed yearly, flat to 50 doors. Past 50 doors it is $0.60 a door a month ($0.50 on yearly billing). Adding doors is never blocked — the charge follows the count on file. Look at the sample first.

Do I have to book a demo?

No. The sample association is open. You can click through every job before you talk to anyone.

Can a manager hold more than one association?

Yes. Each association keeps its own books. Switching between them does not mix the totals.

Do notices actually go out?

Yes — after a person approves. One notice can go as text, email, or a letter. Nothing sends unattended.

Do you manage the association?

No. We do not manage the association, keep the books as a service, or give legal or accounting advice. The board still decides.

Do residents pay online?

Yes. ACH and card post to the door ledger after a person invites them, on the same Core plan. Checks still record on the same books. The sample shows the ledger.

Does Hoavik connect to our bank?

Yes. You connect the association's bank, match the feed to the books, and export a CPA pack from the same record. The sample shows the match.
