Dues
The short answer: do not retype the association. Upload the spreadsheet or the export you already have, approve where each row goes, and invite residents only after the opening balances tie to the number your board expects.
Switching fear is what keeps a board on a spreadsheet it hates. The work looks like a winter of evenings. Done in the order below, it is an upload, a review, and one honest tie-out.
The order that works
Nothing a resident would see goes out during the move. An applied import can be undone, and what residents receive still waits for a person to approve it.
- Upload what you have: a messy spreadsheet counts, not only a clean export
- Review the proposed mapping row by row: door, owner, opening balance
- Tie the opening balances and name any gap in writing
- Invite residents, tied to the next dues date, only after the totals match
What it costs, in the open
The price is $49 a month, or $39 billed yearly, flat to 50 doors, then $0.60 a door a month past 50. We do not move an association for you as a service, and we do not keep the books. The software proposes. Your board approves.
The sample you can open today is already tied, with two balances still open, so both states are visible before anyone signs up.
